By using this website, purchasing a product, or accessing any Smart-Tag.me service, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree — don’t use the site. It’s that simple.
🔒 Intellectual Property
- All content, including digital files, Smart-Tag.me redirects, templates, and instructional materials, is protected by copyright.
- You may not copy, resell, modify, distribute, or claim our products as your own.
- Smart Links (redirects) are for personal or business use — not resale as a service unless approved in writing.
📦 Products & Services
- Digital products (like SVGs and templates) are non-refundable.
- Redirects are a digital service. Once your Smart Link is created and assigned, it is considered delivered and non-refundable — even if unused.
- If a redirect is misbehaving, contact us. We’ll always try to fix things that are actually broken.
- Physical items (if offered) are final sale unless they arrive damaged. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order info.
🧠 Your Responsibility
- It’s your job to check that your device supports NFC if you plan to use it. Not all phones are created equal — especially iPhones.
- You are responsible for what your Smart Link points to. Don’t link to scams, malware, shady stuff, or your cousin’s weird conspiracy blog.
- We manually review every link before it goes live to keep things safe — but we’re not Google. You still need to use common sense.
- If you share your passkey or Smart Link with someone and they mess it up — that’s on you.
- We are not responsible for what happens after someone scans your tag. Don’t be a jerk, and don’t make us add this bullet twice.
🚫 Abuse & Account Action
We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or revoke access to Smart-Tag.me services if you misuse them, violate these terms, or just act like a jerk. That includes:
- Using Smart Links to host or promote spam, scams, hate speech, or illegal content
- Submitting shady links we have to clean up later
- Filing chargebacks after receiving a working product
This is a tool — not a toy. If you act like a troll, we’ll treat you like one. Don’t make us babysit grown adults.
🔁 Redirects = Service, Not Lifetime Hosting
Redirects are provided as a service, not a forever hosting deal. We do our best to maintain stability, but Smart-Tag.me reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue redirect services as needed.
If you lose access or something breaks, contact us. We’re not monsters. Unless you are.
✅ Verified Accounts Required
You must have a verified account to purchase and manage redirect services. This helps prevent spam, bot abuse, and link hijacking. Basically, it keeps things safer for everyone.
📜 Terms May Change
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Smart-Tag.me means you accept the most current version. We’ll put the date at the top, because we’re not shady.

Look — we love smart tags. We want you to use them, love them, and do cool things with them. But if you try to weaponize them, misuse the platform, or act like we owe you tech support for your third-party app meltdown… you’re gonna be disappointed.
