- All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, Smart Links, and instructional materials, is protected by copyright.
- Please don’t copy, resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own.
- The technology behind smart-tag.me remains our intellectual property.
📦 Smart Products
- Every smart product includes its own Smart Link and unique passcode.
- Your passcode is required whenever you request changes to your Smart Link.
- Please keep your passcode somewhere safe.
- If something isn’t working as expected, contact us. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
✏️ Smart Link Updates
One of the biggest advantages of a smart product is that the destination can change without replacing the physical item.
Simply email us your passcode along with the new destination you’d like your smart product to open.
We’ll normally process update requests within one business day.
🛡️ Your Responsibilities
- Please make sure your destination is something you’re allowed to share.
- You’re responsible for the content your Smart Link points to.
- Don’t use smart-tag.me for scams, malware, illegal content, phishing, or anything intended to harm others.
- If you share your passcode with someone else, you’re trusting them to request updates on your behalf.
🔍 Link Safety
Every destination is checked using automated safety services before activation.
If a destination is flagged as unsafe, we may delay or refuse activation until the issue has been resolved.
We don’t manually browse customer websites unless it’s necessary to investigate a problem.
🚫 Misuse
We reserve the right to disable Smart Links used for:
- malware
- phishing
- fraud or scams
- illegal content
- hate speech
- other harmful or abusive purposes
Be kind. Be decent. Don’t make us babysit grown adults.
⚙️ Service Availability
We intend to keep Smart Links working for the long term.
However, like any online service, interruptions may occasionally happen because of maintenance, hosting providers, internet outages, or circumstances outside our control.
If something breaks, email us. We’ll do our best to fix it.
